- May have been seargeant in 24th foot (2nd Warwickshire) in peninsula war- a Joseph Bull is shown on the peninsula medal roll 1793-1814 7 clasps J 70 CR S? V P O, but if so, this 2nd battallion was disbanded in 1814, he would have to have transferred to another regiment in order to have fought at waterloo.
